There are "multiple, unambiguous and serious indications of guilt" against Bujar Fandaj, the 41-year-old of Kosovar origin arrested for the murder of Vanessa Ballan in Riese Pio x (Treviso).

This was announced by the investigators investigating the death of the 26-year-old .

Among the material collected as part of the investigations, coordinated by the Treviso prosecutor's office, the investigators were able to see in some frames of a video of a house close to that of the victim, a man with clothes similar to those seized from the suspect , when he was arrested, and with a compatible build, while wandering around the area in the late morning of 19 December, throwing a black bag into the garden, the same bag then seized from Fandaj with various tools and work instruments inside.

Among the tools also a hammer with the writing "7 color" which was abandoned by the suspect in the victim's house after the man entered by breaking the glass of a French window.

Finally, in the hands of the investigators, there was also a knife, with a wooden handle and a 20 centimeter long blade , which was recovered in the kitchen sink, having undergone partial washing.

The weapon was found to be identical to another knife found in Fandaj's tool bag and which turned out to be from the same series as those found in the latter's house.

Meanwhile, while we await the results of the autopsy on the body of the young woman, mother of a child and pregnant with her second child, we learn that tests and investigations will also be carried out on the fetus that the 26-year-old was carrying in her womb, to ascertain who the father was, a circumstance which is one of the aggravating circumstances of the crime of voluntary homicide.
