Major operation against the Gargano mafia in Foggia and other locations across the country: State Police, Carabinieri and Guardia di Finanza are executing numerous judicial measures for crimes of mafia association, drug trafficking, extortion and more.
The operation, as stated in a note, stems from a vast and complex investigative maneuver, directed by the District Anti-Mafia Directorate of Bari, with the coordination of the National Anti-Mafia Directorate.
Further information will be provided during a press conference by the Anti-Mafia Prosecutor of Bari, with the participation of the National Anti-Mafia Prosecutor and the heads of the investigative departments of the State Police, the Carabinieri and the Guardia di Finanza.
