"I want to believe that Mattia is alive, maybe he is clinging to a plant ".
This was stated by Tiziano Luconi , father of the eight-year-old boy between the two missing from the flood that hit the Marche, causing 11 victims.
“In three days I slept three hours, I am destroyed, but I have to find Mattia ”, says the man who is participating in the research in the meantime.
“Mattia is my special gnome, we are always together”, continues Tiziano who sends a “special thanks to firefighters, police forces and volunteers”.
"The strength to go on - he concludes - only gives me the hope and the desire to believe with all my heart that Mattia is alive".
" Mattia's yellow sweatshirt was found near the brick bridge by a rescuer, look for him there ", is the appeal of Tiziano, who remembers the last time he saw his son: "He greeted me from the window for everything the weather. He didn't stop waving his hand until the car disappeared around the corner. Around 8.30 pm the phone call from my brother-in-law arrives and tells me that Silvia had not yet arrived home with the baby. So I went out and walked the same path they should have taken. When I got to the brick bridge I saw huge logs on the road and a sea of mud ”.
Luconi is separated from Silvia Mereu , the mother of the child from Urzulei: "She is upset, I have not yet talked about what happened, it is not the case".
