Biological traces, probably male, have been identified on the clothing of the girl who accuses Leonardo Apache La Russa , the son of the president of the Senate, and her DJ friend Tommaso Gilardoni of sexual violence.

The investigation was triggered following the complaint of a former high school classmate of La Russa jr, who he met on the night between 18 and 19 May in an exclusive Milanese club.

The traces emerged from the first analyses, through so-called "sampling", and now further investigations will be needed to verify whether it is possible to extract one or more genetic profiles from those traces. Therefore, a comparison will be made between this or these profiles and the DNA of the two suspects, asking them to make it available for investigations.

It will not be a decisive element, because La Russa junior never denied having had relations with the girl, however defining them as consenting.

While the 22-year-old, in her complaint, reported that on May 19th she woke up at La Russa's house without remembering anything of what happened and that Apache had told her that he and his friend had had relations with her. One of the points of the investigation, coordinated by the deputy Mannella and the prosecutor Stagnaro and conducted by the Flying Squad, will be the verification of consent or otherwise and, therefore, whether the young woman was in a state of unconsciousness, as she put in the minutes.
