Not only Friuli Venezia Giulia, which is already in the yellow zone with hospital wards occupied for 22% by Covid patients, well beyond the 15% threshold established by the Ministry of Health. There are two other Regions that exceed the alert level, Valle d'Aosta and the Province of Bolzano, both at 18 percent.

Nationally, the percentage of posts occupied in the wards rises to 9% in Italy, to 7% in intensive care where there is an increase in five Regions, including Sardinia to 7%. In intensive care there are five Regions above the 10% threshold: in addition to Friuli (15%) we have Umbria at 11%, Lazio, Bolzano and Marche at 10%.
