The statements in the prison of Gorizia are in fact a confession, Massimiliano Mulas admitted to being responsible for the rape of an 11-year-old girl . The man, 45 years old, of Sardinian origins, was arrested in Mestre last April 10, immediately after the violence against the very young victim.

The Venice Prosecutor's Office considers the investigation virtually closed. After the confirmation of the very serious accusations against Mulas by the very young victim and the acquisition of several testimonies, a full assumption of responsibility by the man has arrived.
