The discovery was made about ten days ago, but it only leaked today. The envelope had nothing but the bullet and a large drawn letter 'A' , and no other message. It was seized by the Digos of Turin and the investigations were coordinated by the Milan prosecutor's office.

The lawyer Flavio Rossi Albertini who assists Cospito, who has been on hunger strike for 80 days against the 41 bis regime in which he is detained in Sassari, reported that the anarchist's conditions "are relatively stable, but we are crossing any critical threshold . Cospito is accused of the 2005 attack on the Carabinieri school of Fossano (Cuneo) . The pg Saluzzo and the prosecutor Scafi have asked for life imprisonment and 12 months of daytime isolation for him, for his partner Anna Beniamino, 27 years and one month.

Already sentenced for the attack in Fossano to twenty years in prison and ten years for the attack on the CEO of Ansaldo of Genoa, Roberto Adinolfi, shot in the legs in 2012 , in case the extenuating factor is accepted with respect to the crime of political massacre would risk a sentence of between 21 and 24 years.
