After the confirmation of the life sentence , on the accusation of being the perpetrator of the murder of his uncle, the carabinieri went to Giacomo Bozzoli's house to take him to prison, but they did not find him in his home which is located on the Brescia side of Lake Garda.
The 39-year-old remains untraceable.
According to the Court of Cassation, the entrepreneur Mario Bozzoli was thrown into the oven of the Marcheno foundry on the evening of 8 October 2015 as previously supported by the Court of Assizes of Brescia and the Court of Assizes of Appeal.
The offices of the Brescia Prosecutor's Office have received the extract of the Supreme Court ruling, a fundamental act for issuing the detention order, but Giacomo Bozzoli is nowhere to be found.
