Three people are under investigation in the investigation by the Venice Prosecutor's Office into the massacre of the tourist bus that crashed in Mestre, which cost the lives of 21 people.

According to what 'Il Gazzettino' writes, the members are Massimo Fiorese, 63 years old, managing director of 'La Linea', the company that manages the shuttle service, Roberto di Bussolo, 51 years old, manager of the mainland road and mobility sector of the Municipality of Venice and Alberto Cesaro, 47, responsible for the mainland road maintenance service of the Municipality of Venice. They are defended by lawyers Massimo Malipiero, Paola Bosio, Barbara De Biasi and Giovanni Coli.

The three are registered in the register of suspects in order to be able to carry out unrepeatable assessments, entrusted to Placido Migliorino by the Prosecutor's Office, for which they will be able to appoint their own experts. The crime hypotheses in the case entrusted to Prosecutor Laura Cameli are serious: they include vehicular homicide, multiple negligent vehicular homicide, serious or very serious vehicular personal injury and negligent personal injury.
