Everything is ready for the inauguration of the new Mandas Museum System.
Appointment at 4.30 pm in via Sant'Antonio n° 7, in the medieval Court of Sant'Antonio Abate which houses the Is lollas de is Aiaius ethnographic museum. «Today Mandas is an increasingly organized reality to welcome Sardinians and tourists from all over the world – says mayor Umberto Oppus –, the objective is to continue with our policy aimed at expanding the promotional and tourist offer of our territory».
The three museums (Archaeological, Sacred Art, Ethnographic) present in the historic center of the former Duchy are coordinated by a new unitary management ; it will be possible to reach and enjoy the village with greater awareness thanks to the creation of the websites of the three museums ( archeomandas.com , artesacramandas.com , etnograficomandas.com ) equipped with online booking systems for single and cumulative guided tours, according to opening times harmonized. Starting from the general website museomandas.com , and therefore on the sites of the three museums, they have been reorganized and many in-depth information on the territory and the museums are already available.

The municipal administration of Mandas has promoted an initiative which also aims to be a convivial occasion in which to meet, to discover the opportunities made available by local tourist operators and more generally, to bring together ideas and strategies, which are or could become common and convergent actions.
