Discomfort (and even controversy) after the inefficiencies recorded by Dazn during the matches of the first day of the championship .
In this regard, the company has released a note, which reads: “Yesterday we encountered technical problems related to accessing our app. We apologize for the inconvenience caused ”.
The same Dazn has also released, for the match between Verona and Naples, a link "plan B" to refer to in case of new problems.
"We are working as fast as possible to fix the problem on our app," adds the company. "Customers are really important to us and, once again, we are really sorry about the problem."
But as mentioned, in addition to the complaints of users, the inefficiencies have also become a political case.
For the deputies of the Lega Daniele Belotti and Federica Zanella the increases and the "continuous disservices" of Dazn are "unacceptable" and for this reason they have announced a complaint to Agcom .
