Undersecretary of Justice Andrea Delmastro under investigation by the Rome Public Prosecutor's Office for disclosure of official secrecy.
The lighthouse of the prosecutors came on after a complaint presented by the parliamentarian Angelo Bonelli: under the magnifying glass the information that Delmastro allegedly passed on to Giovanni Donzelli, vice president of Copasir and deputy of Fratelli d'Italia (same party as Delmastro), on the case of Alfredo Cospito, the anarchist detained in the 41 bis at the center of the political controversy for weeks.
Delmastro allegedly passed on to Donzelli a report from the Prison Administration Department on the conversations Cospito and two other inmates had in the Sassari penitentiary before being transferred to the Milan Opera penitentiary.
Delmastro could already be heard in the next few hours by the prosecutor.
Meanwhile, the opposition attacks. “Justice will take its course and the presumption of innocence remains firm.
