Fabio Cannavaro is the new coach of Benevento .

The signature on the contract is still missing, but from what filters there would be the agreement between the Campania club and the former defender and world champion. A two-year contract for the Golden Ball.

Cannavaro will take the place of Fabio Caserta , exonerated from the club of president Oreste Vigorito after having collected 7 points in 6 games , with 2 wins, one draw and 3 defeats, one of which against Cagliari on 10 September .
