What does numerology represent for you?

«In numerology we believe that everything is made up of numbers: your name, your date of birth, your address, your telephone number... Each of them has its own energy and its own meaning. I like to say that numerology is like the detail of the color palette that makes up a painting or the score of a song. It is an ancestral technique that allows us to explore and understand a little more our personality and the cycles of life."

How did your passion for numerology arise?

«I have to say that I'm bad at arithmetic, mathematics wasn't my strong point at school! But I've always had a thing for lucky numbers. I think it's a family trait, my Sicilian grandfather always wore a pendant with the number 13. I had been practicing tarot for a few years when I started to learn about numerology. It was a way to overcome my fear of numbers, but also to be able to give a more precise idea of the times in my forecasts. Which is not possible with tarot cards. Now during my readings I combine tarot and numerology."

How is numerology different from tarot or astrology?

«I also practice tarot and a bit of astrology and my experience teaches me that, regardless of the technique you work with, in the end you get the same message. In my book I wrote that numerology is underrated compared to tarot or astrology, I think it's because a calculating machine is less fascinating than cards or zodiac signs. However, the main advantage of numerology is its simplicity. All you need is your date of birth and your name. Do some simple calculations and look at the meaning. It is a work of interpretation, not an intuitive work like tarot reading can be. So, if you want to get closer to the esoteric universe, numerology is a perfect start."

What can we learn about ourselves with numerology?

«Many things: the energy of your family, how to realize your potential, the lessons you will have to learn in this lifetime, your past lives... But if you start, I highly recommend you start with these two aspects. First of all, your life path: it will show you your personality, your deep nature. And in a second moment: your personal year. This number symbolizes your cycle, what will happen to you during the year in general terms. Is it time to work on your relationship or career, start something new, or move on? For me the prediction part of numerology is the most exciting."
