The deficiency found in the documentation presented by Volotea for the six routes provided for in the emergency procedure for the assignment of the air territorial continuity service is considered "incurable". This was assessed by the Sardinian Regional Transport Department, referring to Presidential Decree 445 of 2000.

The irregularities found concerned the fact that, in the proposals, the low cost carrier had not entered the company name (considered a fundamental element), nor the copy of the identity card of the manager Michele Taucer, who signed the offer.
