A 19-year-old Inter fan from the Viking group has been arrested by the Digos (Italian National Police) for throwing the firecracker that stunned goalkeeper Emil Audero during the Cremonese-Inter match last Sunday.
This is not the same fan from Romagna hospitalized, who was in possession of another firecracker that exploded in his hand. The 19-year-old was arrested on a deferred flagrante delicto warrant, ordered by Milan's on-duty prosecutor Francesco Cajani.
The Interior Minister has ordered a travel ban for Nerazzurri fans until March 23, 2026, "as well as a ban on the sale of tickets for the same matches to residents of Lombardy."
The measure, informs the Ministry of the Interior, "is aimed at guaranteeing the protection of public order and safety and at preventing the repetition of episodes that could compromise the regular running of sporting events".
The AC Milan-Inter match on March 8, 2026, is excluded from the measures, given that there will be no fan movements.
