Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and his wife Olena received at the White House by US leader Joe Biden and first lady Jill.

The number one in Kiev and Washington had a conversation in the Oval Office, obviously putting the conflict between Ukraine and Russia at the centre.

According to what was leaked, Zelesnky asked the United States for further economic and military aid "so as not to lose the war against Moscow".

For his part, Biden assured his commitment and that of the USA so that "the world remains close to Kiev".
