They have been fighting hard for three years," explained the tycoon, who then declared that there are still "very good chances of succeeding."

Meanwhile, Kiev will receive increased assistance against the Russian invasion: a Patriot air defense system, previously based in Israel, will be sent to Ukraine after being reconditioned.

The New York Times reported, citing four current and former U.S. officials, adding that Western allies are discussing the logistics of a possible transfer of another Patriot system by Germany or Greece.
