The emotion was palpable today for Barack Obama, who returned to the White House for the first time in five years. The latest was when he received President-elect Donald Trump and his wife Melania before the inauguration ceremony.

Now, however, here he is alongside Joe Biden who was his number two for eight years. The occasion is the announcement of the enlargement of the application of the health reform called Obamacare.

Biden and Obama had a meeting in the Oval Office.

"With Joe we have done a lot together but nothing makes me more proud of the Affordable Care Act (the Obamacare, ed), it is one of the examples for which one is a candidate, even if with this law I risked losing the re-election": he said the former tenant of the White House. There were also funny moments, when Obama called Biden "my vice president" and pointing out the "big changes" he referred to the Secret Service agents wearing the "Aviators" (the iconic model of sunglasses Ray- Ban also used by Biden), when the ice cream brand changes and when a cat arrives.
