The agreement on migrants stipulated between the Italian government and that of Tirana «provides that Albania gives Italy the areas where two structures can be built. One will be a first reception center at the port, and in the innermost area there will be a second structure based on the CPR model." Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni said this, returning to the agreement with Edi Rama, in the now usual informative video "Giorgia's Notes", defining the memorandum of understanding signed in recent days as "historic and totally innovative" and rejecting the accusations of those who shout to "deportation".
The Prime Minister also announced the location of the G7 summit which will be held next year under the Italian presidency: «It will be held from 13 to 15 June 2024 in Puglia, in the Itria Valley, in Borgo Ignazia», made official the premier.
