Flixbus overturns on the highway, at least five dead

Several people have died in Germany in a Flixbus bus accident.

The driver lost control of the vehicle, which overturned on the A9 motorway near Leipzig.

At least five people have died and "numerous injuries" have also been reported, writes the Dpa agency, citing the police.

The vehicle was traveling between Wiedemar and Schkeuditzer Kreuz, in the direction of Munich, and should have stopped in Leipzig around 10am.
