Fear in Tokyo: gunman takes hostages in a post office

Fear in Warabi , a city in the Tokyo metropolitan area, where a man took an unknown number of people hostage inside a post office .
“Around 2.15pm today, a person took hostages and barricaded themselves in a post office in the Chuo 5-chome area of Warabi city,” local authorities communicated.
"The man would be armed ", the authorities further specify.
