Biden: «Putin dictator, war is his choice. But Kiev resists and is strong"

As for NATO, Biden then underlined, Putin behaved like "a dictator" , he thought of "destroying it", but the alliance was not divided, but proved to be cohesive "and will soon expand to include Finland and Sweden".

“The West did not want to attack Russia as Putin said today ,” Biden recalled, because “war is a tragedy, but it is Putin's choice.”
