Sassari remains undefeated in 2023, but what suffering to emerge victorious from the very hot match in Lucca: 78-79 in the finale. The eighth success in a row allows the Sassari team to make fourth place in the women's A1 unassailable and to still think about third position.

Sharp match where the effectiveness of a monumental Gustavsson emerged: 29 points and 17 rebounds.

Dinamo starts strong like in the first leg (2-10) but then has a chilly hand from a long distance and the Tuscans recover: 15-16. In the second quarter the percentage in the triples remains disastrous (2/13) but Gustavsson dominates inside the area with 14 points. The lead reaches +11 (23-3 in the 17th minute) but two triples from Morrison keep Lucca in the game.

In the third quarter the Sassari team appears tired, Lucca closes the area even with strong manners and then with three triples in a row (one by Frustaci and two by Natali) overturns the inertia of the match and even flies to +8 with a steal by Morrison: 54-46 in the 25th minute.

On 67-60 Bocchetti's fallacy on Holmes who reacts: technical for the Lucca player and unsportsmanlike for Holmes, but during the minute a Lucca fan approaches the Dinamo bench shouting and provoking the indignation of the team and the biancoblù club. Sassari ends up at -10 but in the final free throws by Holmes and Gustavsson produce the comeback. Lucca has the last shot, but Morrison's drive is not successful.
