And now? While waiting for the Constitutional Court to express its opinion on suitable areas – after having rejected the moratorium – the horizon is uncertain. The only thing stopping the invasion of wind turbines that has scarred the Island in the last year and a half is the law approved by the Regional Council on December 5, between a sit-in and an occupation of the Chamber by the activists of the Committees. On the wind energy front, the pronouncements are not over. The Constitutional Court is awaiting its opinion on the Sardinian law that regulates suitable areas, which in the meantime remains in force. The spotlight is then on the Lazio Regional Administrative Court: the discussion of the appeal for the annulment of the Pichetto Fratin decree is scheduled for March 19.
