There is also a Sardinian company among the winners of the competition "Millefiori honey: if it is Italian it is worth more". This is the initiative launched last July as part of the Generazione Honey promotion project, created by Agri Rete Service, the service company of Confcooperative FedagriPesca, in collaboration with Miele in Cooperativa and with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture, the Food and forest sovereignty.

The analyzes of the 124 honey samples received - 55 from the North, 27 from the center and 42 from the South - were carried out by the CREA AA laboratories of Bologna; subsequently the samples found admitted were evaluated by juries of tasters registered in the National Register of experts in Sensory Analysis of Honey.

First place was the Granfavo honey from Matteo Farinelli from Brisighella (Ravenna), second place went to the San Marco honey from Roberto Marchesini (Arezzo). Third place went to Apicoltura Elisa Vacca honey from Sinnai (Cagliari).
