Roberto Vannacci's National Future party is preparing for its first regional rally in Sardinia. The meeting is scheduled for May 23rd at the Cagliari Fairgrounds: the general has announced "a speech." Regional coordinator Gianluca Dessì, the mayor of Villasimius, will certainly be there. He's feeling the pressure, and the excitement, as the date approaches.

"Something important has happened in recent weeks. Committees are being formed, people are getting involved, territories are returning to participate, kilometers are being traveled every day, phone calls, organization, sacrifice, and a concrete presence," he assures. Then a statistic: " In Sardinia, we already have over 1,700 members who have joined us to steer the ship back to starboard."

The meeting at the Fair, to which Sardinian members are invited, "will be the moment when a delegation will be proclaimed that will participate in the National Constituent Assembly in Rome on June 13th and 14th, contributing concretely to the construction of the political program and the future identity of the movement."

The Sardinian movement's official page also recalls a slogan dear to the former Northern League general: "Let's unleash hell."
