The Appellate Panel of the Chamber of The members of parliament examined the appeal against the first-instance ruling on the so-called cut to pensions, confirming the overall structure of resolution no. 14 of 2018.
The decision, according to a statement released late this evening, was made by the body composed of MPs Ylenja Lucaselli, Ingrid Bisa, Marco Lacarra, Pietro Pittalis, and Vittoria Baldino.
Furthermore, the mitigation measures already introduced by the Office of the President in the previous legislature, implementing partial rulings adopted by the supervisory bodies of that legislature, have been confirmed. "The current overall situation regarding the recalculation of pensions and the related mitigation measures therefore remains unchanged," the statement concludes.
