As in the last edition, the Czech Milan Damek won the Serpilonga (19th edition) in Sinnai. It was the last stage of the Mountain Bike Sardinia Cup. Cesky Svaz Cyklistiky athlete won the main race, the Marathon (66km race with 2200m of elevation gain). Behind him Nicola Spanu 5 'late and Alberto Olla from Sinna (Bike World), fresh Sardinian downhill champion. Behind two other Sinnaesi, Maurizio Olla of Karel Sport and Filippo Ortu (Acquascan). Sixth Andrea Lovicu who won the regional title: he preceded his rival Luca Dessì of Karel Sport by almost three minutes. Among the women, Raffaella Saravo (cyclists from Turriano) won ahead of Erika Pinna (Arkitano) and Beatrice Mistretta (New bike 2008). Great performance by Vittorio Serra, thirty-first overall. He won the first edition of the competition and five more times the competition he designed.

In point to point, success of Andrea Fanni of the home team (Mtb Sinnai). He preceded Mirko Spano (Piscina Irgas) and the Sinnaese Mauro Vacca (Karel Sport).
