A series of events from Friday to November 5 to enhance the historical and socio-political role of Enrico Berlinguer on the fortieth anniversary of his death and allow the city to reclaim the undeniable importance he had in its cultural and political formation. The calendar of cultural initiatives promoted by the Municipality of Sassari is entitled "Not just one by one. The moral legacy of Enrico Berlinguer" .

It starts on Friday, November 15 at 5:30 pm in via Cagliari (near piazza Castello) where the light artistic installation will be inaugurated that remembers the illustrious Sassarese with one of his most significant phrases. Tiziano Corbelli will be present, artistic director and creator of the project that has evolved into an artistic journey that has crossed all of Italy, celebrating singer-songwriters, artists and prominent personalities.

Other events. Saturday, November 30 at 6:00 p.m. at Ex-Ma.ter in via Zanfarino, space for the promotion of reading with the presentation of the book “Opposizione – L'ultima battaglia di Enrico Berlinguer” by Luca Telese. On December 2, space for the conference “Enrico Berlinguer: la pace, bene supremo, bene di tutti” curated by the Enrico Berlinguer Foundation.

The Cityplex Moderno offers matinees for students with the screening of the film “Berlinguer - La grande ambizione” directed by Andrea Segre and starring Elio Germano who won the Gassman Prize for this role.

Closing the calendar of events, the staging at the Astra of the show by the Compagnia Teatro Sassari "La separazione di Enrico", by Cosimo Filigheddu.
