Two months of inhibition for Claudio Lotito, five months for the doctors of Lazio, Rodia and Pulcini, and a 50 thousand euro fine for the club.

This is the sentence of the Federal Court of the FIGC in the trial on the violation of the Covid protocols by the Biancoceleste company.

The prosecutor had asked for 10 months for the patron of Lazio, 11 for the doctors. The defense had instead asked for a complete acquittal.

The facts refer to about a year ago, when some Lazio players were sent to the Covid positive field.

The Federal Court of Appeal of the FIGC, in joint sections, "partially accepted" the complaints of the president of Lazio, Claudio Lotito, of the team doctors and of the club. Thus the Football Federation formalizes the news. "The court chaired by Marco Lipari - reads the note from the FIGC -, called by the Coni College of Guarantee to carry out a new assessment of the extent of the sanction on the tamponi 'case linked to Lazio, has partially accepted the complaints proposed by the president of the club , Claudio Lotito, by the doctors Ivo Pulcini and Fabio Rodia and by the SS Lazio, determining the sanction in 2 months of inhibition for Lotito and in 5 months of inhibition for Pulcini and Rodia. The Biancoceleste club was sanctioned with a fine of 50 thousand euros ".
