Now, assures the councilor for health Mario Nieddu, the Region “will immediately start an intense work of monitoring the impact of the activities in the territory, guaranteeing the highest levels of safety. "All the actions and means to implement an air quality mitigation plan, an epidemiological surveillance, an in-depth study of the problems related to food exposure of the resident population in the municipalities of Portoscuso, Carloforte will be carried out - specify the exponents of the council. , Calasetta, Carbonia, Gonnesa and San Giovanni Suergiu ".
