In the book the author asks some questions: what are the characteristics of a good leader? And what is his task? To answer Enrico Corgiolu draws on his long experience in the field of human resources, highlighting the objectives of a leader in the workplace and the ways to achieve them: a leader is not just a boss, but a guide, whose purpose it must be about enhancing and empowering employees, creating a virtuous circle of empathy and effective communication.
Enrico Corgiolu, born in Alghero in 1965, is a professional who has worked in various Italian regions, discovering and appreciating the uniqueness of the people and territories he came into contact with. He adopted a series of different leadership styles, demonstrating a remarkable ability to understand the context and needs of the people he collaborated with, enhancing the potential and increasing the awareness of each.
