The main motivations of Fermana seeking salvation make the difference: at the "Vanni Sanna" Torres is beaten: 1-2 the final. A bit of a weak match for the Sassari team who, after finishing below in the first half, lacked that sprint in the second half which allowed them to climb into second place. Torres starts by pushing decisively, but the last pass always falls prey to the visiting defenders. In the 15th minute Scotto has a good ball from the edge and tries to kick but is blocked.

A distraction in his own backcourt is costly, Zecca brings down Niang and it's a penalty: Giandonato kicks and gives Fermana the lead. In the 22nd minute, a long throw for Ruocco in the area on the left, the striker hooks, goes towards the center and concludes: the ball hits the post and crossbar and crosses the line but the referee and assistant don't notice. The referee made amends after half an hour for a push against Zecca who had pounced on a ball where the opponents had the advantage. Scotto beats, cornered without strength, the goalkeeper rejects and the captain recovers and scores.

Fermana takes the lead again in the 35th minute with a ball in the area on the left for Paponi who takes out Antonelli and shoots a low angled shot. In the second half in the 53rd minute I throw for Sorrentino who is offside, but the assistant allows it to continue (it's the same as the goal not given to Ruocco) but the Fermana striker wastes it by shooting at Zaccagno. In the 65th minute, a great free kick from Scotto from the top left: the goalkeeper flies to put it in the corner. The newly introduced Goglino has a flash, but doesn't find the goal. In the 82nd minute Giovinco's free kick from the right bounces very close to the far post with Zaccagno helpless and hopeful. It ends in injury time with a central Ruocco's header following Sanat's cross from the right.
