Save the house, the Island needs 28 square meters for habitability: green light today
Debate at a fast pace: the law adapting the national law wanted by Salvini to Sardinia is expected to be passed todayPer restare aggiornato entra nel nostro canale Whatsapp
The examination of the bill for the adaptation of the Salva casa is proceeding at a rapid pace. The Regional Council Chamber has already approved almost half of the thirty articles of the text, including the one (11) on the minimum measures for the habitability of studio apartments where, however, the Government decree is not implemented.
In Sardinia, in fact, habitability will continue to be guaranteed for a minimum surface area of 28 square meters and not 20 as provided for in the national law. This is a very delicate step, especially due to the risks of appeal of the provision feared by the opposition.
The text will get final approval today.
