Sardinian tour for “Marquis Dolford & The Capital Gospel Group”

The American "Gospel" arrives in Northern Sardinia just before Christmas to thrill in an extraordinary tour with its magical melodies. Thursday 19 December the choir “ Marquis Dolford & The Capital Group ” will be at the Civic Theatre of Alghero with two shows at 6pm and 9pm, while Friday 20 December, only at 9pm , the group will perform at the Ex.Ma.Ter Auditorium in Sassari with its eight extraordinary singers and musicians.
“L'emozione del Gospel 2024” is organized by the cultural association Music&Movie . The ensemble comes from the extraordinary experience gained in the Gospel community of Washington, where everything is like an “up and down”, from the stages to the protagonists of African-American music, and where it is important to keep the heterogeneity of feelings alive, combining them with rounded and never extreme arrangements.
Not only the groove and the blues in "Gospel", but also the slow-folk ballads highlight the magnetic abilities that every band should have, knowing how to use silence with balance within the songs.
