The Temple Prosecutor's Office ordered the release from seizure of the Sweet Dragon, the Berlusconi family's yacht involved in the accident at sea of last July 31 in which, in the waters of the Costa Smeralda , the Anglo-German manager Dean Kronsbein, founder and CEO of the Ultrafilter group.
The seals on the boat had been placed following the opening of the investigation, conducted by the Coast Guard, on the incident that sees the captains of two boats registered in the register of suspects: Luigi Cortese of the yacht Sweet Dragoni, and Mario Lallone of the Love, the boat on which Kronsbein traveled with his family and some friends.
Love, which crossed the Sweet Dragon, crashed on the rocks of the island of the Rocche. The dynamics are still being examined by the investigators, with the two commanders accusing each other of having made the wrong maneuver.
