Tragedy in a livestock farm in Villamassargia , in the industrial area at the entrance to the town , in the Sas Ruas area, where this morning the body of a man was found outside a warehouse at the entrance to Granella Carni.

The victim , Giuseppe Zuddas, a fifty-five-year-old resident of Serramanna , was found on the ground by employees with a head wound, a circumstance that initially required extreme caution in reconstructing the incident. In addition to the Station's military personnel, personnel from the Operational Unit for technical surveys and inspectors from Spresal in Cagliari responded to the scene, having been activated because it was initially suspected to be a work-related accident.

The coroner 's examination ruled out the involvement of third parties or external, violent causes . The investigations subsequently established that Zuddas's death was caused by a sudden illness and that the head injury was consistent with a fall to the ground.

Furthermore, Zuddas had no employment relationship with the company, which ruled out the possibility of a workplace accident. Once the formalities were completed and the judicial authorities were informed, the body was returned to the family for the funeral.
