Worker mowed while working on signs in the Sassari area: he is dying

A 43-year-old worker is dying after being run over this morning while he was working on provincial road 63, near Lake Baratz, in the Sassari area.

Information on the dynamics of the accident is still fragmentary. The 118 doctors intervened on site with medical assistance and an air ambulance.

The traffic police and firefighters were also alerted.

The conditions of the victim, from Sassari, are critical: he went into cardiac arrest due to polytrauma and was transported to hospital under code red aboard the Areus helicopter: he is in intensive care.
