Cocaine, hashish and suboxone , a drug for the treatment of opiates, hidden in a trolley : this is what the men of the State Police discovered during the usual checks in the apartment, in Carbonia, of a man under house arrest.

It happened yesterday afternoon, when the officers also surprised a 52-year-old offender inside the man's home. The unjustified presence of the man and the evident signs of nervousness of the two made the policemen suspicious, who carried out further checks on the car used by the 52-year-old and parked near the apartment building.

The agents then discovered, well hidden inside a trolley, about 6 grams of cocaine, 18 grams of hashish, 22 suboxone tablets , a precision scale, as well as the sum of 540 euros in cash believed to be the proceeds of the illegal activity , along with other material useful for drug packaging.

The man was arrested for possession of a narcotic substance for the purpose of drug dealing pending the validation hearing for a very direct procedure this morning.
