With a stone weighing 5 kilos and a bag of sand in his suitcase, a Norwegian tourist stopped in Alghero

A stone weighing about 5 kilos , plus a sandbag weighing 1.6 kilos taken from the Rena Majore coast: this is what ADM officials and the military of the Guardia di Finanza discovered at Alghero airport , in collaboration with the staff of Sogeaal Security, in the luggage of a passenger departing for Brussels .

The man, a Norwegian citizen who declared himself unaware of the existing ban on the matter, was subjected to an administrative penalty ranging from a minimum of 500 to a maximum of 3,000 euros.
