In Carloforte, in the headquarters of the historic tuna factory on the island of San Pietro, there is a red alert: a few months ago there were drillings off the coast of the tuna factory to prepare for the installation of wind turbines and related cable ducts and now the fear is that the murky water that is limiting the tuna fishing season is due precisely to this activity.

What were previously only hypotheses linked to possible problems for fishing due to the offshore wind farm that they would like to build off the coast of the island of San Pietro, have now become concrete fears for the future of the historic plant . Those responsible for the tuna fishery have already turned to the maritime district office to report the damage suffered and are ready to do battle.
