In Nuoro, Abbanoa teams are working to carry out urgent maintenance on the distribution pipeline in Via Badu e Carros, aimed at eliminating a leak caused by a water main break.
Work must be carried out with the pipeline empty. Abbanoa has therefore decided to suspend water supply to the affected streets: Badu and Carros, Via Peppino Mereu, and Piazza Ferrara from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.: pressure drops and temporary interruptions are expected.
Service will resume at full capacity once the work is completed. Thanks to the districting of the water network implemented by Abbanoa in recent years, which included the installation of various pipeline regulation and control devices, it is no longer necessary to suspend service from the main reservoirs, as was the case in the past.
