The "pressure" of Covid patients on hospitals in Sardinia, which reached its maximum threshold in recent weeks, also causing fear of returning to the yellow zone, continues to ease.

The occupancy rate of the beds in the ordinary wards of the island has in fact dropped to 11%, according to the daily monitoring of the Agenas agency.

The places occupied in intensive care in Sardinia are instead 8%, a figure also decreasing.

As for the other regions, the rate of beds in the hospital wards of "non-critical area" rises to 15% in Basilicata, or rather to the limit of the alert threshold whose exceeding is, as mentioned, one of the parameters for the passage of regions in the Yellow Zone. Always observed special, however, is Sicily, which stands at 17%, but down.

As regards the employment rate of intensive care, it rises in Friuli Venezia Giulia (to 7%), in the Province of Bolzano (9%), in that of Trento (2%), in Puglia (5%) and Veneto (6 %).

And on the other hand, in addition to Sardinia, it also falls in Calabria (7%), Campania (to 6), Marche (9%), Piedmont (3%), Sardinia (to 8%) Valle d'Aosta (0%). The value also falls in Sicily, stopping at 10%, that is, on the value of the alert threshold.
