According to initial reports, the young man allegedly attacked his mother, a 57-year-old woman, with whom he lives, knocking her to the ground and preventing her from returning home . This behavior was allegedly caused by problems related to alcohol and drug abuse.

The intervention of the Carabinieri occurred after numerous reports to the emergency number 112, by some neighbors who were concerned about suspicious noises and screams coming from the house. The woman, helped by the paramedics, received first aid: no serious physical injuries emerged, so much so that she refused hospitalization .

The twenty-seven-year-old, who did not resist when arrested, was taken to the barracks and then subsequently transferred to the Uta prison , where he will remain at the disposal of the Judicial Authorities pending the decisions of the case.
