The citizens interested in this first phase are those who have undergone a solid organ transplant in immunosuppressive therapy; a hematopoietic stem cell transplant (within 2 years of transplantation or on immunosuppressive therapy for chronic graft-versus-host disease); those awaiting transplant; those who make therapies based on T cells expressing an antigenic chimeric receptor (Car-T cells); who has an oncological or onco-haematological pathology being treated with immunosuppressive drugs, myelosuppressive drugs or less than 6 months after the suspension of treatment; those suffering from primary immunodeficiencies (such as Di George syndrome, Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome, common variable immunodeficiency), secondary immunodeficiencies to drug treatment, previous splenectomy, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS); who is on dialysis and has severe chronic kidney failure.
