One year and three months after the distant 27 December 2020, when the first Covid vaccine was administered, 85% of the vaccinated population has reached 85% of the population in Sardinia.

In absolute terms, there are 1,357,802 people vaccinated.

According to the government report, 2,681,110 doses have been administered to date, but 176,951 are missing to vaccinate 90% of Sardinians.

The inoculation campaign, however, in recent weeks has suffered a heavy slowdown, especially as regards the first doses and pediatric ones - the latter still below 45% - and the goal of reaching 90% by the summer.

It is better for the over 60s where coverage exceeds 92% compared to the audience, while among those who responded less to the vaccination campaign the range between 30-39 years, with just under 84% of the population covered.
