Undeclared workers in a disco bar in Cagliari , in addition to a series of irregularities regarding the safety of employees and customers : this is what officials from the labor inspectorate discovered, together with the Local Police and the Operational Unit of the Carabinieri of Cagliari, during a check on the territory.

The club had four employees - two disc jockeys, a cloakroom attendant and a security guard - compared to 20 identified workers, those found to be without regular contractual and insurance coverage.

The suspension of the activity measure was therefore adopted, with the application of the additional sum of 2,500 Euro, to which are added the four sanctions for undeclared work (with an amount ranging from 1,950 to 11,700 Euro for each of the irregular employees involved).

In terms of workplace safety, the presence of electrical risks, ladders without adequate protection, and the failure to keep the DVR (Risk Assessment Document) in the workplace were also contested; these violations provide for the alternative penalty of arrest or fines of up to 23 thousand euros.

The use of an uncertified sound system was also found, resulting in a violation of the regulations on noise pollution and the failure to display the alcohol tables.
