A 17-year-old boy from Nuoro lost his life last night in a tragic road accident that occurred in the city shortly before midnight, on Via Ballero.

According to initial information, the young man was riding his motorbike when, for reasons still being investigated, he lost control of the vehicle and crashed at the height of the cemetery bend, right on the steps .

The impact was particularly violent. Emergency responders and law enforcement responded quickly to the scene, but there was nothing they could do for the 17-year-old, who was taken to the hospital . He died in the emergency room at San Francesco.
