A car collided with a motorcycle on Via Foddeddu, the southern ring road of Tortolì. A young motorcyclist was thrown onto the asphalt and sustained injuries.

Shortly before 11:30 a.m. today, emergency medical services, the Tortolì fire brigade, and local police officers arrived on the scene to conduct investigations.

The boy received first aid and then, for further assessment, the ambulance crew transported him (with yellow code) to the emergency room of Lanusei hospital.

The southern ring road remained blocked for several minutes, long enough for emergency responders to intervene and officers to carry out surveys , which will provide a clearer picture of the dynamics of the accident and any responsibilities of the drivers of the vehicles involved.
